read my mind......best combo right there...salt and pepper on the tomato so it absorbs nicely...sometimes i like to mix it up and put a bit of turkey on it

Chicken kinda does... But not that well. Bacon, cheese and tomato isn't bad either.

Many fine sandwiches have their merits, thats for sure. But i've never found a sandwich to match what i used to buy from Bunkers in Rainham (Kent) high street.

It was called 'Bunkers Special' or something, was comprised of white bread, turkey meat, apple sauce, coleslaw and grated cheese. And they used to load those babys
