bluewin DSL is terrible. My parents only get 1.5meg out of their 3.5meg line. Tell your parents to stop being cheap-asses and get a 15 or 25meg cablecom line like me

In all honesty, I don't know why people do not have at the minimum10 Mbps download and 2Mbps upload speeds, especially since companies are going to FibOpt.
