Saw Alice Cooper (act in his own, can't believe he opened up) and Iron Maiden last Wednesday. Phenomenal show.
In the refusal ending, the Catalyst says "so be it" in HARBINGER'S voice.
How can that not prove the indoctrination theory?
Just as I expected, nothing to really satisfy me. Didn't even bother DLing, just watched the endings on YouTube like I said.
In the end, BioWare dropped the ball. All it is. Happens sometimes with stories. I dealt with it with LOST too. Not every story can have a great ending. It's just disappointing after such consistently great writing, even for most of the 3rd game itself, that it'd be such a terrible ending. The destroy ending still leaves a feeling of "eh" with me.

Am I the only one who really doesn't care about the extended cut DLC? I mean I'm sure I'll look up gameplay videos on YouTube, but I just don't have the energy to go through the last two major battles after how disappointing the ending was. Even if the "theory" ends up being true. The initial bad ending left me without really caring enough.
Nobody can say he didn't earn it. He stepped it up when necessary and they dominated all season long.
Going to be better than Jordan in the long term, IMO.

Was overseas so I didn't get to see any games besides the first two. Very happy with the result though. Can't wait for Quick to helm the 2014 US Olympic team.

Freaking House of the Undying, Broseidon! Everybody is talking about how trippy it'll be but I don't get all the hype. I guess it's a book reader thing?
It's also got a lot of foreshadowing in it... so I'm kind of curious to see how people who haven't read the books interpret it.
Not sure if you've read the books and are referencing the end of the 5th, but through the 4th book... no not really.Adams_BJ wrote:
ffs, does Arya ever get a freaking break!?
They pretty much perfectly depicted that how I read it in the books. Great job by the production team. The episode was written by GRRM as well which obviously helped. Great episode.
Can't wait to see how they show the House of the Undying scene next week though. That's something that'll make you trip balls.

That logic is BS. I don't care what the fanbase is like. The team is incredibly well coached and well built given their circumstances. If the Coyotes somehow come back, that TEAM deserves it.-CARNIFEX-[LOC] wrote:
They weren't playing like an 8th place team at the end of the season, and Quick is in beast-mode. I root for whoever knocks the Blues out (unless it's the Red Wings), so hopefully they keep it up.
The Coyotes are a good overall team (remind me of the Blues, having more balance and no true superstars), and what loyal fans they do have deserve to see them win games, but I can't help but feel that Phoenix, AZ doesn't deserve a Stanley Cup for at least another 20 years...

Enough to get me to at least watch the pilot. Looks interesting enough. Still comes off like your prototypical basic cable drama series, but I'll give it a shot.
Saw it in IMAX 3D (well worth the $17.50... hell, would've paid more). One of the most awe inspiring visual displays I think I've seen from a movie, although the story felt... odd? I guess that's the best way I can put it. It was basically "Okay let's get the Avengers together, the Avengers are together, oh no the Avengers aren't together, the Avengers are back together, okay Avengers break apart."
Although I'll admit I'm thinking about it even though I saw it over a week ago.
Whole crowd burst into applause with the Hulk-Loki scene in Stark Tower. Think that's the first time I've ever seen that happen in a theater.

i think the heathrow connect goes to paddington and from there you should be able to get to pretty much anywhere
so feltham goes to nottingham? i assume it's set up like the long island rail road where you have a core line that goes up the country and then splits into several directions?

Watched it over Easter break. Really enjoyed it. Almost has a very neo-noir feeling to it, especially with the music.

The only thing that would be burning when the Kings most likely sweep this series is every Luongo jersey in existence. Although it was hardly his fault that the offense hasn't shown up whatsoever, I think Vancouver fans are on their last nerve with them and a 1st round loss is pretty much all they need to send him packing. He has a NTC but I'm sure he'd be willing to give it up to go to somewhere else competitive that needs goaltending severely. Toronto perhaps. Though if they don't get a first line center soon they're going to be terrible again next year.
He's eternally lonely and probably spent his last birthday crying himself to sleep and/or playing video games. He'll brush it off like it's no big deal but deep down it burns. Buuuuuurns. Burnzz?13urnzz wrote:

I'm really disappointed they basically jumped through the Arya-Gendry-Hot Pie-Lommy storyline. It made that battle all the more important. If you've never read the books you basically have no idea who Hot Pie even is. It's unfortunate but when it's only a 10 episode season what can you do?
I really hope they make Season 3 13-15 episodes. They're gonna need it.
