He's referring to statements such as my own Serge. However, my comment comes from writings of people that nothing to gain or lose by their documentation of the world at that time, and pre-dates Jesus back to the time of Moses.sergeriver wrote:
What hypothesis? I was there and I listened to this guy talking all the BS.Stingray24 wrote:

Yeah, there are plenty of weird and hypocritical little things in every religion. The other day I went to the school play, which was a musical interpretation of the bible called "Godspell," and the very scene after the one where Jesus taught everyone that God was forgiving, he cast some people into hell, and as they pleaded him to be let out or at least warn their family of the consequences, Jesus' love and forgiveness were suddenly gone completely.
I got real stupider reading this thread, the OP in particular.
Your grammar reflects this nicely.DoctaStrangelove wrote:

no. no. 1st part maybe, 2nd part no. don't know, probably not.sergeriver wrote:
This Saturday my niece had her first Communion. My brother married a Catholic girl and he has no problem with her daughter being brainwashed by Catholic priests. Anyway, we were at this Church, and the priest opened with some crap like "If you love Jesus, he will love you". Wtf? After some blah blah I couldn't stand all that BS, I told my wife I had to go to the bathroom and went to the local McDonald's and had a coke. I returned to the church when the ceremony was over.
If you want Jesus to love you, you must love him first? Does Jesus work that way? Is this a Catholic BS or do all Christians believe this? Where is the disclaimer, Jesus' love subject to change?
In that order.
