Well idk what road biking is supposed to be. Is it just casual biking around on pavement? I don't think I've ever gotten muscle cramps from that but then I just bike at a moderate pace.

road biking = extremely light bike frames, clip in pedals, guys in spandex

casual biking on pavement isn't really biking, so it isn't an option up there.

I can do the 8 mile trip across town to my college in 30 mins on my bike, or 30 mins by car

The biking keeps me fit, just can't carry heavy kit that far

Oh yeah...road biking. With slicks and clipless pedals, way faster than a moutain bike on the road

Nothing cooler then what's in that video. I'd love a good disc break bike with hyraulic front suspension. Rear suspension is pointless since you're always standing.

I love bikes, and courses like that, but my bike has those shitty breaks with cheap suspension, and the metal is probably recycled, it's so heavy!
