ya, macros are for the g36e nubs.
Let him try macros guys, if he's happy killing someone whilst using a macro, it's fine. I was sent a macro for a TV missile, I didn't think it made my shots any better, so I never used it again.
It's like telling someone not to use the G36E, you have to try it at least once.
Only thing I can suggest is to check out AutoHotKey, that's what most of the macro users use.
