Okay I just dl the mod yesterday and gave it a fast try...I must say it looked really cool and really fun (only played 30 Min's or so).
My question is how does the bullet drop meter (don't know what to call it) in the scope work and how do you measure the distance to your target? do you use the bino for the latter?

The number on the bottom of your scope is the distance, it says 'XYZM'. The numbers on your scope (for 10X and 15X) are as follows:voodoodolphins wrote:

2 = 200m
4 = 400m
6 = 600m
8 = 800m
0 = 1000m
2 = 1200m
4 = 1400m
6 = 1600m
8 = 1800m
0 = 2000m
The numbers on the 20X scope have the same meaning, only for every 100m instead of 200m.

1. un-zip the files
2. place the folder named "scout" here "C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods"
3. inside this "scout" folder is a file named "RUN_MOD.bat"
this is what you use to start it up, you can create a shortcut of this on your desktop/where-ever you want it,
another way but much slower is to run vanilla or special forces and go to the tab that lets you switch between mods and select it there

just downloaded this and its great fun, my only problem is the snow map, i lag like a bastard and the chinese keep hiding in the trees and its impossible to see them.....damn chinese
