Switzerland allows it after the age of 14.

Like I said in a Steam chat with kail and peter, if I didn't live in the deep suburbs or if I had a car, I would bet I'd be a lot more social.

Quite frankly it's epic fail having to have my mom drive me places. And it's quite fail living in a neighborhood that's populated by either old people or new couples with really little kids (that's Max's territory). There IS the bus but the bus is fail.

I wouldn't even put in "time" in the srs relationship. It's got nothing to do with that.

It's about each others intimate feelings and what the partners really think of each other. Most break ups are caused because neither partner thought much of it or because it just didn't work. A serious relationship is when both partners start being completely open with each other, intimate and respect each other. Before that it's just stupid childish play.
