New Hampshire "most livable state"

For the fifth year in a row, a national ranking lists New Hampshire as the "most livable state" in the country.

The ranking, by CQ Press, is based on 44 factors, including income, crime rates, business taxes, employment, environment and education.

Last week, CQ Press named New Hampshire the safest state.

Other states at the top of the "Most Livable" rankings were Utah, Wyoming, Minnesota and Iowa. Mississippi was at the bottom, with South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee and Arkansas.

i wouldnt mind not paying an income tax, my state taxes were $4,400 last year, and i paid $1500 for local property tax

Nashua is ok, but honestly, it's freezing, there's a ton of snow each freaking winter, there is NOTHING to do in any town aside from Manchester, and if you can't drink then there really is nothing to do (UNH gets old after awhile). This state is whack. I'm in Concord btw.

If you've actually lived here your whole life, the cold doesn't really bother you and it only lasts like 4 months. Second you need to get more friends or something because theres plenty of stuff to do if you know where to look.

Lived here my whole life, hate the snow more each year. Got plenty of friends, what I'm talking about as far as lack of things to do is: clubs, partying, parks, fairs, festivals, etc. I can hang out with my friends anytime here, but pizza and a movie gets fucking boring sometime.
