I discovered the band Dropkick Murpheys around a month and a half ago when my friend got the cd and we started blasting it driving around right after school with the windows down

It's like Celtic Punk or something like that, it's like punk rock/pop punk/alternative mixed with scottish type music with bagpipes and banjos and accordions...

But yeah, i was wondering if there are any of people who love that band on here...

I loved the song from The Departed. 'I'm Shipping up to boston' But the Celtic Punk thing isn't that uncommon. I live in Ireland after all.

I discovered them when I watched "The departed", they make the theme song for it called "shipping up to Boston".

I really like that song, haven't really heard much else of their stuff.
