I have really no idea how to get started with BF2. It may sound stupid, but how do I get to a game? I have just become a member, and would really appreciate some help thank you.

Anyway, isn't it kinda self-explanitory in-game?
Just create an account, login, and click "Play Now" in the bottom right. It'll get you on a random server.
Either that, click the "Multiplayer" tab at the top and select a server to play on.
