I have a serious problem.

I've been working on websites alot, done alot of stuff with ps and I came to the end: I want to have my own portofolio.
And btw, my parents think it's a stupid idea to buy a domain/host, lol.
Now comes the question: Which host? It needs to have enough space, but also needs to be cheap.

I'm running out of money, I've got 10 dollars (from a design) on my paypal account and I try to get more by ps jobs.

Help would really be appreciated

Depends. If you just want a portfolio site, you don't need much. ie - 4gb is more than enough.

But unlike where pirating is illegal and moral issues may come into play - Free Hostia is perfectly legal and lets you get a taste of the action for free. He might change his mind, and could save quite a bit of cash in the long run. Donate to them if you feel compelled!

If he has a passion for this, he won't lose the incentive.

My portofolio got over 300 views. I guess people are interested. As I said, I'm not really sure. I'd love to do it, I want to get better ect ect.
