Custom Laptop Sites

So my laptop deal fell in on me---stupid Dell---and once again, I'm in the market. Any good sites I can custom-build laptops from? Or should I just get someone I know to custom-build one for me?

This is what I want in a laptop:

Pentium Duo-Core 1.6 Ghz Processor
2 gig DDR2 ram (no turbo memory)
80 gig Hard Drive
Nvidia (or XFX kind of) Geforce 8600m GT card (its about just a little less powerful than the Desktop Geforce 8000, I hear)
An 15"4 inch screen with TrueLife

I checked out PowerNotebooks.com, and I found one like this for about $850. Good Deal? or no?

But how do I know it's legit? That's a pretty nice price ($620) for what I could find at Dell for $900.

The same can't be said for desktops, though.

I'm amazed even with all the negative reviews that people still buy from them, even when that customers admitting to the negative reviews then getting screwed themselves and they write a neg. review
