definately dont trust wiki. and power cleaning is the same. my heart rate is ALOT faster than when i run. its a combination of adrenaline (working out makes me excited. not that way, i just like doing it) and having to use more muscles than normal i guess.

actually, the only anaerobic exercise i can think of would be benching, and even then my heart rate is pretty fast.

"anaerobic" exercise is grossly overstated.
go do a training bag routine for a week...and get back to me on that anaerobic comment.

I run 10 - 15 miles most days, 30 miles on saturdays. Im a real fitness freak. I can also bench 230KG on a good day, but eating all the protein is very annoying.

i meant that anaerobic exercises are more aerobic than they are given credit for.
