actually, the only anaerobic exercise i can think of would be benching, and even then my heart rate is pretty fast.
"anaerobic" exercise is grossly overstated.
I run 10 - 15 miles most days, 30 miles on saturdays. Im a real fitness freak. I can also bench 230KG on a good day, but eating all the protein is very annoying.
