I have just checked you account on this page and it does show the SAS, the Insurgent and the Spetsnaz Service Ribbon. As for the other ribbons... you time in theatre for those is way below the requirements.
By the way... I would recommend using the noobtube a little less.... you did get about half of your kills with that thing and you used that thing 86 hours.... that's the kind of playing style that really ruins the game for most others.... good thing the next patch will put some serious plug into the tube.... it then takes some skill to operate that thing...

You are also about to hit 50 as spetznaz so if you get it then it looks like the 50 and 5 is right.
If not I think the mystery requirement is say on here that you haven't got it yet, someone at EA sees it and goes "Oh s**t" and then adds it if you meet the 50 and 5 :p
