Well, im planning a 18th birthday for a friend. Its kinda gona be a rave in the woods, and im tasked with making a posted to plaster everywhere. I know exactly what i want in my minds eye - but i just suck as PS to actually make it.
Please, can anyone make a an image of white moon rays on a black background. Kind like here (yes, i couldnt even follow that tut) and here. My idea is a moon shape in the top left-ish, on a blackground. White "moon rays" then from the moon light up the party below. Sounds crap, but i know what i mean.
