yay overtime. come on wild
Shootout time!
You able to watch the CBJ game over there?
Wild lost, was kinda hoping they would win since that was what team I got drafted into in NHL 11.

Those two games weren't even sold out. Cheapest tickets were 99€. Insane price for a game like that. I know it costs milliyns to fly them over and pay for hotels and whatnot, but come on! A hundred €'s for a top shelf stool? Pff...
no goal horns = fail
Huh? I thought there was horns. Heard atleast some music on the sports news last night when the Canes scored. They prolly didn't get the soundtrack for the game. Which is silly. A goal horn is something very personal for a team in my opinion and should be a must in games like this even tho they're abroad. Why not have the tune from both teams in this case?11 Bravo wrote:

i dunno. you need horns.
Ah, so you mean just the horn part, not the goal song? Some teams have them over here and some don't. I guess Hartwall Arena doesn't. Can't remember. Don't go there that often.11 Bravo wrote:

songs are fine...but horns are needed. plus people in the stands would help.
probably one of the scariest things to happen in the NHL since Jiri Fischer went down on the bench
not to mention the malarchuk incident

and why did they kick the fan out?
I don't think they kicked the fan out... I think they actually upgraded his seats to front row on the other side of the arena.
Why does Luongo suck against the Wild so much?

hmmm if you live in edmonton are you enjoying your spanking right now?
steven stamkos is not even human. 14 points in 8 games... and he's like 21
Just some nice plays from the Flyers this past weekend...
Claude Giroux and one of his 3 shorthanded goals this season
And BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOB (sergei BOBrovsky!)
Hopefully this is the beginning of a long winning streak for them

the save on bailey was pretty sick. it's about time you guys had a legit number one brian boucher just... is not one.
honestly, even with the ridiculous fights in the last game, i still can not hate the flyers. we both share a passionate hatred of the rangers and that should unite us! well, at least it does with isles-devils fans

i wish the fighting would scale down a bit...like in playoff or olympic hockey. so much more enjoyable.
The Sharks/Wild game was interesting yesterday. It took the wild 40 secs on a 2 man adv to score the winning goal in the second. At one point the puck was up against the boards and like three players from each team were kicking and trying to get the puck out of each others skates, this went on for about 30 seconds or so

What games made you say this? Srs question, the Blues traded off D.J. King and Cam Janssen's been injured, so I haven't seen a good fight all season. Has fighting been up this season? I'm all with you, fighting has its place but it only "means something" if it's a somewhat rare occurrence. Hard play and big hits all day, though...11 Bravo wrote:

Haha, as a Flyers fan, I do not hate the Islanders. I have no reasons to hate you guys.. but maybe one day . But yes, I agree that we can unite and share a passionate hatred for the rangers!Poseidon wrote:
