If you come somewhere civilized, like Texas, you can experience a winter that hasn't dropped below 25 F yet.
That's actually pretty funny. Texas, way down there, at that temperature- That's roughly how bad it is in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It really helps to emphasize how great Vancouver is compared to the rest of Canada.
It's our worst winter in years, and we're suffering temperatures as low as -6 C / 22 F. I've never been so cold in my entire life. I felt I would have died. We just received four inches of snow last night- Much more than our usual one day of snow per winter (read: slush). We've had snow for roughly six days this winter, with actual snow.
We laugh at the rest of Canada with their incredibly cold temperatures and tonnes of snow. Sure, we can't withstand the temperatures that the rest of you boast, nor drive in a few inches of snow while the rest of you think it's no problem, but we don't particularly care. We have a palm tree and flower count coming up in Victoria next month.
Best weather in all of Canada. I love it. Everyone else suffering from winter should come here, to the
best city in the world!
