Ok, firstly, if you don't believe what I'm about to say, please don't post on this thread, but:

I've found a system that seems to always win on roulette.
I've been practising it on free online tables and it has worked, so I just signed up to an online real-money casino site to try it out.
I've won $66 (£33) in 30 minutes playing and i've never gone below my original deposit.

The problem is, by the system I use (which I'm not going to tell you! ) I can only win $1 at a time, so it's quite a slow process. (The reason is because of the table limits, but I'm not going to go into that!)

So my question is: Is $132 an hour worth it?

What say you forums?

You don't always bet the same color and DD when you lose, right?

$132 (~£66) an hour sounds worth it to me...

Well you can make that your full time job and do pretty well if it's a guaranteed win.

$132 /hr x 40 hours / week (as if it were a 9 to 5 job) x 52 weeks / year = $274,560 / year.

I'm sure you'd like much better to do something else.

quit your job and do that 8 hours a day instead.

I can't imagine you've found it. If there is a sure win system, which I'm struggling to believe. It was probably discovered a very long time ago.

If it folows something like http://www.nyrd.net/Strategy%20guide%20 … ulette.pdf have fun getting unlucky and losing 6 hours of winnings in one go AFAIK there is no surefire way to win roulette consistently.

yeah mate it is worth it... but they will pick up on a system you may use pretty quick if they are regularly losing money to you.

That system is so flawed, as the chance of any of the sections is always 1/3 (not including 0), the chance of one section coming up isnt actually affected by the last roll

Well, like I said, I'm not going to say what the system is, but as you pointed out, there's no way I was the first person to think of it, since I'm not all that clever!

I read the casino rules, and there's nothing in there about being allowed to kick you for winning, or for using a system, only for using "robots" as they call it. Since I'm using brain power it can't be all that bad.

But under what conditions are they likely to ban me from playing:
A) Using a recognised system
B) Winning too much
C) Using identified betting patterns

I'm pretty nervous about it as I don't gamble ever since I know the house always wins, so i'm being really cautious.

The only guaranteed way to not lose on roulette is to 'double up', but it don't always work online because the tables are fixed and there are bet limits.

That's the worst system ever. It's totally based on the "Gambler's Fallacy" that each event effects the next, but the roulette ball doesn't remember where it landed last spin.

Awful, awful system.

You're talking about the Martingale system, which is disproven pretty well here

I'm pretty sure I can disprove my system, and I hate people who claim they can beat casinos, because we all know it's not possible, otherwise everyone would do it.

It just seems to be working for me right now, I really posted this because I was scared that I'd missed something, I think I've found the answer I was looking for.

Actually it doesn't disprove it, because if you had enough money you are always guaranteed to win. The only way you can lose is if you run out of money and for you to run out of money the roulette table would have to land on the same colour for 100's of times in a row (depending on how much money you have to start with).  Anyway, my 'double up' system is slightly differen't to the method explained in your link.

Except that all roulette tables have a maximum bet limit
