But Lockport and Niagara Falls are particularly awful.
East Rochester, town is only 1 mile square.

EDIT: All of Western NY has its economy in the crapper, all the money goes on down to NYC.

lake Oswego, oregon or Portland, OR
LO is the "Tree Capitol' of the world known all around for rediculous fines for cutting trees and year long tree cutting permit escapades...
City of LO took half my property and wont let me do anything on it, it just sits back there with dead trees.
Portland is one of the most liberal/hippy places in the US.
We are also known for having Nike's global headquarters.
many many other facts...

Well, Paris--romance+shopping capital of the world. Also home to the most pissed-off and impetuous pidgeons I have ever seen.
Ottawa--capital of, um, Canada? and the world's longest skating rink (over 8k)

They play at PAETEC Park. It's not really close to East Rochester (which is different from Rochester).
Aye 2 different places, but ER seems to be turning into the city as the days go by.
Portland, Oregon.
"Because of strong free speech protections of the Oregon Constitution. Portland reportedly has more strip clubs per capita than both Las Vegas and San Francisco."
Portland is also home to Mill Ends Park, the world's smallest park (a two-foot-diameter circle, the park's area is only about 0.3 square m)
Powell's City of Books says it is the largest independent bookstore in the United States and the largest bookstore west of the Mississippi River.
Today, with 28 breweries within the city, Portland is home to more breweries than any other city in the country
