can't just be gamespy, since the account server is an EA server, my guess is that they're both down..
( isn't gamespy a partner of EA ? )
god this is a bad moment :-( I wanted to play some Special Forces before going to the new years party..
But since it seems that it'll take a few more hours 'til EA gets their shit back together, I guess I won't play until jan 1st 2006 .. ain't that a bitch.. ;-)

yup, the first time it logged me in for a second then it says "database error" for all the rest, you had me there for a second with the everyone has to start back at privite, I wouldn't care as long as they let me keep my G36-C , I could be back at Lance Corpral in like 3hrs with that thing.

Same here, connention failed, database error, gamespy failed to connect.

hope they get this fixed soon its the same with both bf2 and special forces neither one will let you connect. at least the original lets you out the expansion pack I had to do the ctrl, alt, delete to come out
