I can't get my ribbon!!

What's wrong?? I've done what's needed, and I still can't get the ribbon! everything else is working, 'cause I got a badge today!

Here is the ribbon I'm talking about:
Middle East Service Ribbon

* Stats:
- 1s while playing Kubra Dam √
- 1s while playing Mashtuur City √
- 1s while playing Operation Clean Sweep √
- 1s while playing Zatar Wetlands √
- 1s while playing Strike at Karkand √
- 1s while playing Sharqi Peninsula √
- 1s while playing Gulf of Oman √

As you can see, it is registered as completed, but it wont come any further!! I haven't got it in game ( BFHQ - top left corner). I have refreshed the page several times, and waited 24 hours before posting this...

it is mainly the 2 ribbons you get for playing 1s on every map who won't work...

or maybe it's just EA's way of getting back at you for playing on those P/K servers.

does anyone have a idea why I can't even use the weapon upgrades now?!?
I've unlocked the L96A1, the sniper rifle, and some others. I can use the others when selecting them in the spawnmenu, but I can't use the sniper rifle! Do I have to select the sniper rifle before I can change to it in the spawnmenu, or should I be able to just use it?
How can I change to the L96A1? and yes, I know about the weapon changing arrows in the spawnmenu, but there I can only change to all the other weapons!

Please help me! I want to try my new weapon!

sometimes the servers fail to communicate properly and say you have no unlocks, plus, some unranked servers turn unlocks off, try another server, possibly even close BF2 and re open it.

Should just be able to select the kit then use the weapon change button, thats all you need to do. You might want to check your rank in game though, because sometimes it glitches and sets you to private every now and then, happens to me, and you can't use your upgrades. If you can't get it to work, snatch the kit up from a corpse and have at it.

I don't think that's it, because I can use all the other unlocks... I just can't switch to that unlock. I'm playing BF2 and BF2SF, so I get 2 unlocks for every rank. The last unlocks I chose, was the L96A1 and the PKM. the PKM works as normal, but not the L96A1. (aah! I'm tired of writing L96A1!!)

That's strange, 'cause if it's right, Mu_Forever should have been 'Worst Enemy', and not 'More Enemies'. Noone can have killed me that much! My 'Worst Enemy' have killed me 15 times! this is odd!
