CoD4 FPS rates

Can someone tell me if I'm interpretting these numbers right ?

When I use /SETA cd_drawFPS 1 I get the following information:

(22 - 122) 54 FPS

(18 - 61) 35.xx cg ms/frame

Is the first set of numbers the average and current FPS ? ( I get at least 22 FPS but up to 122? )

What's the second line?

Game play is very smooth, do these rates seem acceptable?

I'm running widescreen 1600 by 12xx mostly high settings

System:

Dell E510
Pentium4 @ 3 ghz with Hyper-threading
3 gigs RAM
HIS 2600XT 512 DDR3 PCI-E

That's pretty good for a 2600XT.

I use X-Fire for FPS, so I'm not sure what the numbers mean. If I had to guess, I'd say the first set is minimum/maximum, and then the second is the current. Just a guess...

I'm thinking the second set of numbers has something to do with the quality of the frames.

I really hate how CoD4 has the most random framerates. Outdoors on pipeline in the grass I get like 30, but on most other maps I'm getting around 60, and then indoors on some maps I get 90 to 100.

Its the grass. It rapes ur FPS. Always have always will.

true mine is up and down depending on the map and the area of the map
