Note he´s saying some of these prisoners i´m sure he does´nt mean the rapists and murderers. But nonethless it feels quite naive to actually reward them with the option to serve like pissing on the soldiers you already have.
About the over-crowded prisons i heard a bad-guy in Sweden has the same space as 10 thugs in US. That does not necessary means you have problems i say we have.

Even further - end mandatory minimum sentences too. Revisit cases where people were sentenced to 200 years because they robbed a store when they were 18 in 1950. The prison system is a joke, prison gaurd lobby groups are seriously in bed with government (at least in California).Turquoise wrote:
