you could have smoked on my balcony too, I live 'round there. it's adams morgan, two words.

And the summer is fucked up. Today was nice, tomorrow will be as well, but from Sunday to Wednesday it was incredibly hot and humid (heat index of like 105F at some points). Just a taste of what's to come (July is like that half the time). Makes for awesome thunderstorms though.
