This is a really cool demo of the 3D effects we could have in future games with Head Tracking...


For those of short attention span jump to 2:30 for the actual demo.....

Think how cool this would be in something like BF2 to look around people/objects

Even though this is with Wii tech could prob do similar with a web-cam and visual tracking (or they could build something into headsets to enable tracking)

my buddy has one of those head tracking things for some flight sim game. more trouble than it's worth imo.

You'd need a strong system to track that head...lol

This effect would work even better if you could incorporate it into a wrap-around headset, the kind that completely covers your eyes.  That would be more like actually being in the game than viewing it through a window...
