Martyrdom is hands down the biggest noob thing in the game!
At least with the grenade launcher you have to be able to aim correctly and judge the trajectory. . .
But people who use martyrdom on a any server with FF on are complete and total asshats! I cant tell you how many times I have been teamkilled inside of buildings because of idiots using this perk. . .

Nothing is a noob item. If you cant avoid the "noob" items, then you are the noob. Im not saying i dont get killed by these items, but I dont bitch about it either

Martyrdom is great for headquarters when you are the only one actually capping HQs.
while your team is off rubbing wieners behind a dumpster, and you are caught at the HQ by 3-5 enemies, and none of them hear the nade drop because they are all bunnyhopping and running and making a general ruckus....
Grenade launchers are bothersome, but damn, do they ever clear a room when used as prescribed by a doctor.

But Martyrdom for sure. I got killed again and again when charging forward after having killed those noobs. Boom... F...... irritating. But hey - actually I think the idea is great, so with last stand. Perhaps it should have been combined with pressing a key if u wanna drop that grenade. An optional drop of a grenade would have been much better.

And I almost agree on the grenade launcher. In BF2 it took some skill to hit with it... (I never learned it:-) but in CoD4 everyone can hit with this thing killing everything easily.

i use martydom bc im still trying to complete that challenge, so GLs get my vote. I hate coming around a corner, ready for a firefight, and then getting blown away. but hardcore is pretty much the same way with any gun, so GLs arent that big a deal...
I love it when ppl use the last stand perk....it gives me the opportunity to steal a kill....I know i could lose a kill also but that have yet to happen.
