Ram him into a friendly DPV/full boat and bail out right before impact, give him five teamkills. Guarantee he won't sit shotgun with you again.
Ignore him and never trust. With this i mean im not trying to give him a TV shot as he keep on shooting the enemy heli with single gun.

I personally go to the nearest enemy flag and tell them to bail out, 80% of the time it works.
It's always good to tell them to go to Dragon Valley in SP and learn how to TV too, it's great you can tell the bots to get out and they do as they're told.
