Not yet. The MOD tools should be released soon though as IW stated in the 1.3 (I think) patch release notes that one thing the patch was for was to ready the MOD tools.
So hopefully soon we'll see some new maps and knowing the resourcefulness of the MOD community there will be some really good ones.
