Sorry for thread hijacking, but I got my game I will install it later today.
Alright, what are the best cars for each of the following: grip, speed, wheelie, drag, or drift.
Right now I got the shelby mustang gt500 for drag and im getting 7.8 average, best was 7.74
For grip I got the Gt2 not fully upgraded.
For speed I got the bmw e95 I think
and drift I got a gto (totaly crap)
I need some suggestions for a drift car.

the Chevelle SS kicks ass for drag
I have beaten the gripking with like 1 lap lead with a 912BHP Porsche 911 GT2, so go with that... about drift, not sure myself, but you don't really need a whole shabang car for this (haven't met that king yet so, not to sure)
speed... Porshe 911 GT2, Lamborghini, Zonda.

Corvette Z06 - Grip
Gloss black, matte black wheels, dark tint black.
All stage 3 parts
Body kit with spoiler, tuned for top end
Charger R/T - Drag/wheelie
Gloss black, matte black wheels, dark tint black.
All stage three (really need to unlock 4)
Body kit, spoiler tuned for the quarter mile perfectly.
Best 1/4: 7.03 without No2, 6.89 with No2.
Can run entire track wheelies 100% of the time with this.
Supra - Drift
Gloss black, matte black wheels, dark black tint
All stage three with stage 4 No2
Tuned almost perfectly, need to fuck with body kit more.
Ford GT - Speed
Gloss black, matte black wheels, dark black tint
Stage 3 all around
Haven't tuned yet, but I did gear it for top end.
Also have a Lambo, GTO, 350z, Cobalt, and C6 in the garage.

I already broke 5 trackrecords with the Zonda and it drives smooth, plus a M3 E92 can't keep up with another Zonda and 2 Murcielago's.
can't comment on the consoles, the steering in the PC version isn't that bad like all of you are saying, yes when you're racing with an untuned car, you need to tune it, I bought that Lambo, it raced like a titanic hitting the iceberg, now it steers like a non chasing the devil .... the tuning of the cars is more fun in my eyes then it was in Underground... drifting takes more skill then in Underground..
+ you can have way more cars.
