The only reason I can think of, and I think I am right in saying this, is that china have their own ranking system set up.
The sites that are not showing your stats- like this one, only display stats for the official stats system, provided by EA and Gamespy.
You can only view your stats on the china battle ranking system, on the sites that support that.

Yeah it would be. People in china have been known to hack the game, reverse engineer the ranking system, and setup pirate outfits in china. It's done for a lot of games, tbh, and I would bet that's the case here.
Also of note -- this means your copy of the game is tied into the hacked system, which likely means you're running a chinese cracked version. Or they're redirecting all bf ranked traffic to chinese only servers. who knows.

I'd say it's part of a cracked version too, seeing as the stats record more than one purple heart.
And perhaps the BRs could just be a different points system? Or they have more tickets. I've played on a full demo server gulf of oman 700 tickets, I was actually in the Su all that round and ended up with 200 kills.
