I use IE because I've yet to find a problem with it. Seems to me the only people to get viruses are those who don't know how to use browsers correctly and end up clicking/downloading everything and need FF to hold their hand.

Firefox, Nasa Night Launch FTW. I cannot use any other browser during the night once started using this theme.

I use IE. It came with my computer so I don't have to download Firefox. I know many consider Firefox to be better but what the fuck right, I don't have any problems with IE7 so why should I go out of my way, albeit only a small way to get something that I probably won't notice a difference on, (apart from the obligatory "getting used to" stage,) and most likely won't utilise the extra features? I don't need Firefox, I don't create websites or do anything super complicated with the internet so IE7 suits me fine.
but, but, but...
it IS faster, I'll give you that. A lot of people at my school were the same as you, thinking "fuck other browsers, I can't be assed". When the PCs were upgraded, they had all 3 browsers pre-installed, and now everyone loves FF.
my srs post for the day
Firefox FTW

once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
Weird why so few are using Opera - well, its their miss.
lol? what looks horrible here? you only see the vista taskbar. Does the taskbar look ugly or what?Titch2349 wrote:

FF cause mouse gestures = FTW. I basically draw all over my screen with it. Also Google Previews = wins too. Add-ons for Firefox is abundant and recockulous.
yet another one who believes in the FUD. A lot has changed since beta 1 ....FloppY_ wrote:

Mozilla Firefox
I use Opera, Safari, IE7 and Firefox in that order, since I'm a web designer.
Outside of work however, I use Opera - it's just a faster and smoother browser for me than any of the others.
Firefox isn't one of the worst I've used, but it's far from the best. I used to like it after being hypnotised by all the blanket reviews on how great it is, but then I tried actually objectively looking at browsers and guess what - Firefox is slow, bloated and frankly not as secure as the fanboys want you to believe.
People need to legitimately give Opera a chance, no one in their right mind could use it and then switch back to Firefox, if you do than you're clearly determined on the results before you've tried it.
Also, IE7 really isn't that bad. It's pretty much tied in security with Firefox (they really have improved it a lot) and it loads a hell of a lot faster because it's part of the Windows shell and to an extent not an external program.
