Facebook; older, more mature users. Clean, not cluttered. No annoying music shit and stupid-ass distracting ADD-riddled backgrounds and pictures. Applications are nice, get to choose what you want.
However, facebook is steadily declining and becoming more like myspace. When it was college only, it was great, but now everyone can get on it. And some applications are completely useless and tards love to clutter their pages with them.
But for the most part, FB >> MS. I had a myspace at one point, but it became obsolete when I started using facebook more. It's much easier to keep in touch with people on FB because there aren't annoying usernames or anything, it's just the person's name. Plus that really helps me to remember people's names
