Yeah, I have yet to actively seek out an episode, I usually just stumble upon them as I'm changing channels and then I'll watch it. It is pretty funny!

Yes, I started watching it a couple years back because my sister always had it on. Its hilarious, kinda like the 4chan of tv taking entertainment and making fun of it in anyway possible.
