Just watched it too, it was nice. But nothing extravagant. I could swear though that this was just a 2-hr movie. Do you think that NBC is going to actually make a new series out of it? I couldn't find anything indicating this, though I won't deny that it is a possibility, whether or not NBC has publicly announced they will make a series.

i saw the 2 hour movie that aired... not to impressed.. i like the original a whole lot better especially that i grew up seeing a transam with nice gadgets, helium tires. and so on

I think that was why they threw in that last line with the hoff -- " Will I see you again " - " Hope so " ... I think that if the movie pulled in alot of viewers then they might consider it for a series

I fell asleep watching the show last night. The new K.I.T.T. is a dry bore; his display reminds me of an IPhone. From what I gathered before losing consciousness is: an old man created K.I.T.T. but worried about the mis-use of his invention...why bother creating it in the first place!?
The former Michael Knight (David Hasselhoff) knocked up some woman and her son became the next Knight Rider.

I liked the mystique of the old knight rider: no identity and lived off the grid.
