Elite i have all but five, but i'm almost done with 'the edge'

I believe killer makes it pretty obvious which perks i never really use

I found counter-c4 to be very easy. You don't have to shoot someone elses c4. Just throw a c4 pak in a dorway on a populated server and wait.
