yeh fuck it was hot last night, but lucky old me has reverse cycle air con in my room!!!! waking to the kitchen nearly made me have a heart attack.....
about the pillow, good idea. or you could get a double blow up bed fill it with water and put it in the cool room at woolies(big supermarket chain in aus) for a day to freez it
