Hi, i had met all the requirements to promote the First Sergeant but the current rank is still master sergeant. Why? Please help...
Cos you needed to get the badges before ranking up to master sergeant
You had to have the requirements before you made Master/First Sergeant .... you can`t rank from Master to First ...

you won't ever become First Sergeant, you had to get them before the rank up line @ 20,000
