I knew you were going to make this in reference to apple crumble, kyle! Even before I opened the thread, I bloody knew it! I'd go for apple crumble or carrot cake or beetroot-chocolate cake (don't knock it - best chocolate cake around).

I am seriously not kidding you. It doesn't taste anything like beetroot, but makes the cake distinctly very moist (rare for high quality high content chocolate cake) and a bit of a kick. Superbly delicious cake it is - I hate beetroot, but I love this cake!leetkyle wrote:
