K it says u need 250 teamwork points which i got and 25 minutes as squad leader and i've been squead leader for like 14 hours and i still didnt get it and i tryed getting 25 minutes as squad leader in a map and still didn't get it.
Anyone know why

Pass 25 minutes (alive, I believe).
Get award.

That's pretty much the way it works. Often times it doesn't happen at that exact 25 minute mark, maybe 26-28, but it does happen then.

No, you should have 25 "living" minutes... in one round in total...
