yesterday i was playing on the Unstoppable Soldiers (US) clan's 64-man karkand server when someone hacked the server in a way that bullets fired from RPKs/Shotguns were not bullets, but rockets!! spraying with an RPK got me like 60 kills because i had realized what was going on. it was insane, explosions everywhere, and when the admin tried to pause the server, the hackers unpaused it. the admin eventually restarted the server which fixed the problem, but man that was some insane hacking.

I'm no expert, but I don't think you can just edit server files like that mid-game. In fact, I don't think a client-side hack can even modify server-side files. But who knows, I could be wrong.
modifying the exe can do anything, like one person i know said, a hacker can change his output, but cant change his input, in other words, he cant be invincible, but he can make his rpk, shoot like a tv missleHavok wrote:

I think that was a server bug that happens very rarely. I have experienced it two times. What happened was that no matter how much i shot, i never had to reload, once i released the fire button my clip was full again. Also none of my hits registered, i could spray 1000 bullets in someones head from close range, and all i got was dust. When this happened everyone just fooled around and shot at each other, because everyone was invincible. The only thing that could kill anything was arty, and a couple of guys on the servers with their guns. This happened when it was about 50-100 tickets left, so the round lasted forever, and the admin didnt have the brain to reset the server. The next round everything was ok though. This bug have been discussed before in this forum, a long time ago, over a year i think.
If you look at that movie, it looks exactly like that bug accourred, because he shot that guy 5 times in the head without him dying. And the "TV-missiles" you see, is a dude in the igla firing very fast without reloading. Notice that the "TV missiles" didnt kill anyone either.
I couldnt be 100% sure of though, could be something else. What i'm 100% sure of though, is that this guy coming here posting that he fired rockets with his rpk and went 60-0 on karkand without taking any prtscreens as evidence is some made up crap. For reasons all of you who have been on this forum for a while know, 90% of this forum as always go like "zomg new hax wtf lol" without thinking very much over it. And stfu about telling me to stfu.

that is a guy not in the IGLA [use ur dam eyes or get some glasses] prone at the island using his knife shooting TV missiles and it kills him in the end so its a hack not a bug, there is just no way a server can do that as a ''bug'' and the guy just happened to knife nothing on the island
