Xbox 360 or new Computer...

Can only afford one...

I've run into an issue, I'm not sure which to get...The problem is with a X360 I would have to get a new TV because the one i have now the audio inputs don't work.

My current computer works fine, for now...but the main thing is that I would be getting the X360 for basically Rock Band and Stuntman: Ignition.

Just wondering what any of you would go for...

Definitely get a new computer. There are so many great games coming out this fall/winter for the PC.

The pc may cost a bit more but remember that unless you buy a HDtv you won't get all the benefits of the 360 whereas a pc you would.

I can't decide either, my choice is between PC and a PS3. Both are gonna have great games.

PC:

UT3
COD4
Crysis
Gears of War

These are my most wanted. However the PC I am looking after cost £800. I am not sure, I will wait till when these games are out and if they worth getting.
The first 2 of the above games are on PS3 as well. Along with other great games. But remember, 360 and PS3 need HDTV to look as good, as one of the guys above suggested.

Halo would be the downfall of the choice because Halo is a piece of crap in comparison to PC shooters like Half Life 2, I'll get Orange Box the day is comes out...Been waiting too long for a new Team Fortress...

I think you answered your own question - The computer you have now is fine (I would like to know what kind of new computer you would get for $400) but you also want a 360 bc of 2 games but your tv doesn't work

PC, because consoles you cant upgrade, you have to buy expensive games, controllers etc. in PC you just gotta get a good model to begin with and keep modding it....there you have it
