Here's me serious topic. I read what alot of you have to say about the United States, especially those of you that don't live here (I'm an American), and it appears that you don't like us Yanks too much.

I had a huge rant written, but figured it would fall on deaf ears. So I'll keep it simple. All of you people that don't like my country can kiss my American ass.

people are entitled to their own opinions.  as an american, you of all people should know that since its one of your basic rights and freedoms.  with the actions the US has been taking recently (read: by the bush administration), i really don't blame people for not liking the US.

My reasoning is this:
Bush sucks. Over half of you voted for bush. So over half of you suck.
That means, averagely speaking, that Americans suck.

But what really takes the biscuit is this:

You guys remember the international agreement where all countries would reduce their carbon-dioxide production by 7%?
America being the generous people they are volunteered to help poorer countries get to that 7% if they couldn't do so themselves. On the condition that every percent they helped another country do, they wouldn't have to do themselves. Yes, you got that right: if say they helped Nigeria reduce their CO2 production by 4%,
they would only have to do 3% in the US. In other words:
"Yeah sure, we'll help other countries change just so long as it means we don't have to change ourselves."

I could go on and on but frankly I'm getting depressed just thinking about the US too much.

I'm from the UK and live in the US and a good place it is too, but its true there is alot of Anti US feeling, I think it just people hating what they can't have themselves.
Can someone explain why AU,JP, and some (very few) euro server say that only there own country men are allowed to play on them, and they kick anyone from out side those countrys ?
Surely this is racist? the Contract we we signed says we won't do this so how come so many Ranked servers do?

Actually it was more of an attempt to get a pulse on the vein of Anti-American sentiment.

Here's me rebuttal. I don't believe it is in the best interests of the United States to let other countries dictate our environmental policies. So the issue of CO2 emissions, while something of concern, is an internal problem. I take issue with any nation or organization attempting to tell the United States how it is to act, or what we can or cannot do.

I'll get more in a bit, but I'm at work, so I am sneaking in posts.

P.S.: Flaming is easier to read in this quick of a span, and I don't have to think as much. That's why I like reading / starting flame wars. Got nothing against ya.

Consider this.  Several of the countries around the Netherlands are a bit pissed off about the Netherlands' Drug policy.  They say it encourages and eases smuggling of illegal drugs into their own countries.  Maybe they have a point, and maybe they don't, but it doesn't matter.  Do you think the Netherlands should adjust because other countries say so?

And by the way, the environmental policy you mentioned earlier...Kyoto treaty?  The US is not a party to that treaty, and rightly so.  It's a bad deal for the US.

I was in the Gulf WAR and killed many a sand flea wished we could have whiped them off the face of the earth
