All you have to do is get 45 team points in a round...
go medic whore/flag hop on Karkand and you should get it easy.
Judging from your SPM and KDR, you're not getting enough time on the maps to GET the 45 points IAR that you need. My suggestion: Learn to play oon the large maps. It may be a different pace from what you're used to, but in general, I see about 20-25 scores ABOVE 45 points EVERY round on large maps (assuming there are that many players on the server). You'd pretty much have to be a complete git to NOT get 45 points just ONCE, playing 64 player maps for a night or two.
A 64 player map of Dragon Valley or Fushee Pass, with 16-20 people. Jump in a buggy and cap flags, 11 1/2 flags you will have it.
