One time I wanted to fly a jet and I got into aa at the usmc ship and destroyed everything including teammates and vehicles. No one would let me fly before I started doing that, I was like -32 or something before punk buster kicked me. It said you have been kicked for having a negative score lol

I have been kicked for High Ping on rare occasion TK.....I was shot down in a helio and the carcass landed on a bunch of fellow team mates.
Well, according to my stats I've been kicked 56 times, and banned zero times.
Considering I know for a fact that I've been banned at least 5 times, and kicked considerably more than 56 times, I'd say those stats are inaccurate.
It kinda depends on what you'd consider to be a legitimate reason for being kicked.
I've been kicked for taking out the Havok at its Sharqi spawn and killing all 10 guys who were trying to get into it. Spawn raping apparently. Personally I view it as suppressing the enemy who's undoubtedly going to slaughter my fellow teammates within 30 seconds.
Any other reasons... usually just pissy admins who don't like to get killed. Most admins fail to realise that in order for you to get to their flag, you have to go through their spawn points. If they spawn right in front of me as I'm passing through, then I'm going to hose them, not think "Unfortunately for him, he's spawned right in front of me, I'd better give him a fighting chance and turn around for 10 seconds"
So generally, no, I'd have to say that I've never been kicked for what I would consider a legitimate reason (unless you count high ping, which you can't really do anything about). Cheating/harassing players or exploiting game mechanics are really the only things I'd consider kick/ban worthy, and I never do any of those.

I got kicked from the christian gamers online server for saying "lord thunderin jesus". I knew i would get kicked so i dont hold a grudge or anything.

Spawn raping is a tactic, that can be easily thwarted by spawning elswhere, and if its the last flag its a good strategy to kill a few spawning in before taking the flag so that you dont die "climbing the ladder".

Mostly if im better then the admin or a clan member on their server i get kicked with some lame reason like "tk-ing" or "language" even once with the reason "high ping" as i had a ping of 50 the whole round.
yeh i get what deserve most of the time, generally for systematically insulting the enemy team or knife/ressin the smacktards on our team.

I've been banned for teamkillling, on purpose of course.
I ve been banned from a admin of dragon valley, because I shot everytime his chopper down with tv. So he banned me... -.-
if i have been kicked.. there are thousands of servers to choose from.. lowers my blood pressure
been kicked only a handful of times, always for 'high ping' didnt think a ping in the 120s was all that high but w/e I think it is always on the same server too I forget which one it is and join then get kicked a minute later.
Did have one awsome TK tho (by accident lol, was punished but only got one so didnt kick) Well it was my first time playing tampa road or w/e its called and I wanted to try out sniping on that since it was so open. I get a good bead on this guy sprinting a LONG ass way away (could barely be identified as a person) lead him along and BAM on shot one kill... a team mate >.> I could see on radar that there was someone over there but based on the image it looked like he was in the next base (ie out of sight) it wasnt, base to base one shot ftw lol pitty it was my own guy

I'm guilty, I was owning on ESF and TOP and Impact, I'm sorry I can't help it and it will most likely happen again.
yep i admit it. I cuss a lot. Most of them could be avoided, but when i get a warning for my language, i usually reply with stuff like "no shit my language is unacceptable, i'm fucking pissed" or "fuck you, this is war bitch, foul language is expected"

I joined a random server this past weekend and started doing normal stuff (killing people, capping flags, etc.) and I was booted because it was a stat padding server.
However, the only time I got booted legitimately was because I was a noob commander and was spamming enemy spotted all over the map instead of just the enemies near own teammates.

Its valid cuz i may of baseraped and its a rule.
