For some reason my viewing distance ( distance from where I can see infantry ) differs from others. It's really strange because I "think" my settings are good to play with.
A example of what I mean:
As you can clearly see I've spotted the sniper but I can't see him on the carrier.
So I thought there would be something wrong with my settings? My geometry is on high so as my viewing distance and the lighting.
VideoSettings.setTerrainQuality 1
VideoSettings.setGeometryQuality 3
VideoSettings.setLightingQuality 3
VideoSettings.setDynamicLightingQuality 0
VideoSettings.setDynamicShadowsQuality 0
VideoSettings.setEffectsQuality 2
VideoSettings.setTextureQuality 2
VideoSettings.setTextureFilteringQuality 2
VideoSettings.setResolution 1280x1024@72Hz
VideoSettings.setAntialiasing 2Samples
VideoSettings.setViewDistanceScale 1
VideoSettings.setVideoOptionScheme 3
Could it be that it is my processor? Anyway here are my system specs..
Intel Pentium D 2.8 Ghz
Nvidia Geforce 7600GT
2048 Mb RAM
2X 160GB SATA RAID 0
I really don't know what is causing this and I would like to know. Help's appreciated..
