Chinese (real chinese like char siu, not that crap in the buffet), thai, italian, indian, malay (nasi lemak ftw!), vietnamese, french, tex-mex, german, bbq, turkish... I guess I like everything.

You put japanese with chinese ><. Why?
Japanese if my fav by far but catch 22, it's so hard to cook! And i cook a lot, and i think i'm quite decent but it seems to be a really hard field to crack into. Plus with stuff like sashimi we just don't have the great supply of fresh seafood that Japan does. Californian rolls, the staple of japanese take-away food in Australia of course doesn't exist in Japan, but i recommend octopus balls (balls of octopus meat, not an octopuses' balls).
