First off, great site, keep up the good work!

(ok enough of the ass-kissing)

Could you kind fellows please help me with the following...

1) How do you find out what you frames-per-seconds are?

2) Can anyone recommend a decent joystick for piloting aircraft/choppers that can be purchased in the UK?

3) Does anyone know if there is going to be another expansion after SF? or is there likely to be one?
(yes i realise that a lot of people would expect EA to sort the current problems first but just humour me)

1.) If you use ATI, you can get the ATI tray tool which displays your FPS's as well as other usefull stuff including overclocking info

2.) No idea, I'm in Canada, can fly the chopper pretty well, use a keyboard and mouse

3.) Too early to know anything

1} I haven't got a clue.

2} I use a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro. Once I got my buttons and sensitivity right it worked great. I am considering upgrading to one with force feedback but I'm not in a rush. I still fly Blackhawks with the keys and mouse, for some reason in that chopper it is easier. Do they sell it in the UK? I don't know but Logitech is worldwide so probably.

3} Simple answer- If they make money off this expansion I am sure they will.

I never ever fly anything using the mouse.
I find that air-vehicles are best controlled using the WSAD and ARROW keys. Works great for me, and I've been doing it since Codename Eagle (the spiritual predecessor of BF1942), through BF1942 and still today.

Speaking of Codename Eagle, anyone here ever play it? And enyone else like me have the feeling that battlefield 1942 was based directly off this game? The vehicles handle exactly like those in CE. Oh well.
