There's a story based on an incident like that in the Chuck Palahniuk novel 'Haunted'. He used to read it out at book readings and supposedly made many people faint!

Is it only me or dosent it seem strange that the girls parents are already suing the pool owners while their daughter is still at the hospital in serious condition?
