It's hard to chose, I grew up on this show. As a kid my favorite was Spock's Brain, but it's kinda slipped since then. I accidentally voted Space Seed here (still a great one), but meant to go with The Doomsday Machine.

Yes, Spock was played by Leonard Nimoy, but there was no Captain Nemoy on the show as Shadow suggested.
